Our multi-trade maintenance division carries out daily upkeep of prestigious residential properties, while our fitting out team provide a top quality finishing service for both the domestic and commercial sectors. From design conception to final furnishing we can deliver a complete project to budget and programme.

Maintenance

Riva have a multi trade division specially equipped for the provision of customer care and planned maintenance contracts. We have been involved in the prestige residential sector for many years and consequently have built up a successful team to deal primarily with providing a full maintenance service. We cover all trades from decoration to mechanical planned maintenance and provide a call out service along with day to day pre-booked tradesman visits.

Health & Safety

It is our policy to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions for all our employees and visitors to our sites. We ensure safe equipment and work practices for all our employees and sub-contractors. We recognise the need to provide up to date information, regular training and competent supervision where required. We also acknowledge our legal responsibility for the health and safety of visitors to our work areas and other people who may be affected by our work activities.

The variety of work we are involved in requires us to have a comprehensive range of insurance policies. All our policies are reviewed annually to ensure we have adequate cover throughout.
